高原地区重症急性高原病并发多器官功能障碍的结果分析

目的探讨高原地区重症急性高原病是否存在多器官功能障碍(MODS)。方法对我院1971年—1997年收治的1200例高原肺水肿(HAPE)中检出的65例合并脑水肿患者病历资料进行系统性分析。结果高原地区重症急性高原病患者普遍存在着MODS,本组65例患者从病例资料反映少则出现3个系统或器官功能障碍,多则达6个系统或器官功能障碍,其中3例死亡病例均存在6个器官功能障碍,并以肺、脑、心、肾功能障碍为主,尤其是脑、肾功能衰竭尤为突出。65例病例中器官功能障碍出现及出现频率由大到小依次为肺、脑、心脏、肾脏、眼、胃肠等。结论高原地区重症急性高原病患者普遍存在着MODS,在临床治疗中应加强重要器官功能的保护。

An Analysis of Severe Acute High Altitude Disease Combined with Multiply Organs Disorder at High Altitude

Objective: To explore whether patients with severe high altitude disease have dysfunctional multiply organs. Methods: Documents of 65 cases with cerebral edema, who were selected from 1 200 cases with high altitude pulmonary edema in our hospital between 1971 and 1997, were reviewed retrospectively. Results: There was usually three organs were demaged at least in the patients with severe high altitude disease, of these 3 cases died result from 6 dysfunctional organs included in lung, brain, heart and kidney. The MODS occurrences often were in the lung, brain, kidney and heart, eye and intestine in tum. Conclusions: Patients with severe high altitude disease occur always MODS at high altitude; we should pay greatly attention to the protection of important organs in clinic.
