超声对肝内胆管结石与肝内钙化灶的鉴别诊断

目的探讨超声对肝内胆管结石和肝内钙化灶鉴别诊断价值。方法对临床和病理证实的55例肝内胆管结石和34例肝内钙化灶的声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果肝内胆管结石表现强回声大小不等,形态各异,多发性,后方多数伴有声影,沿肝内胆管走行分布,常伴肝内胆管扩张;肝内钙化灶表现强回声较小,形态为点状或斑状,一般为单发,无肝内胆管扩张。结论B超对肝内胆管结石与肝内钙化灶的鉴别有十分重要的临床意义。

Ultrasonographic Differential Diagnosis of Intrahepatic Bile Duct Calculi and Intrahepatic Calcification Foci

Objective To probe the differential diagnostic value of intrahepatic bile duct calculus and intrahepatic calcification foci by ultrasonography.Methods We analysed echogram data carefully to 55 cases with intrahepatic bile duct calculus and 34 cases with intrahepatic calculus foci already approved by clinic and hathology.Results The strong echo of intrahepatic bile duct calculus is different in several spots,strength and shape it occurs is mostly accompanied by shadow in the back,and the expansion of intrahepatic gall ducts lay along intrahepatic gall ducts.The strong echo of intrahepatic calcification is weak is in the shape of spot or dot.It usually occurs alone without expansion of intrahepatic gall ducts.Conclusions It is valuable in differential diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct calculus and intrahepatic calcification foci by ultrasonography.
