| 摘 要： | 目的提高对鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的诊治水平。方法对19例原发于鼻腔、鼻窦的恶性黑色素瘤临床表现、诊断、治疗以及随访结果进行分析。结果免疫组化等病理诊断有重要作用。广泛彻底的手术切除加术后放疗可提高本病生存率。结论本病发展快、预后差,治疗主要采用综合疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity.Methods:Nineteen cases of primary nasal malignant melanoma were analyzed retrospectively,including clinical presentation,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up data.Results:It was very helpful for its diagnosis through immuno histochemistry staining.Adequate extensive resection and postoperative radiotherapy could increase the survival rate. Conclusion:Primary nasal malignant melanoma was characterized as having rapid development and poor prognosis.Combined treatment,operation and radiation,should be adopted. |
