| 摘 要： | 目的：观察氯沙坦和依那普利联合用药对肾性高血压和肾功能的影响。方法：将150例肾性高血压患者随机分成三组,每组50例,对照组分别服用氯沙坦（50mg/d）、依那普利（20mg/d）,实验组服用氯沙坦（25mg/d）和依那普利（10mg/d）,然后比较不同分组用药对肾性高血压及肾功能的影响。结果：联合用药组的降压效果较对照组更明显（t=15.53、14.54,P〈0.05）;联合用药组的肾功能较对照组改善明显（t=12.14、12.78,P〈0.05）。结论：氯沙坦和依那普利联合用药能有效控制患者肾性高血压,并能明显改善肾功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Losartan and Enalapril coalescent action on renal hypertension.Methods：150 cases of renal hypertension were randomly divided into three groups that each group had 50 examples,which respec tively took Losartan（50 mg/d）,Enalapril（20 mg/d）,Losartan（25 mg/d） and Enalapril（10 mg/d）.Then three groups＇ changes of renal hypertension and function were compared.Results：Compared with pretherapy,hypertension of took Losartan and Enalapril groups was obviously changed（t=15.53,14.54,P0.05）;compared with pretherapy,renal function of took Losartan and Enalapril groups was more available change（t=12.14,12.78,P0.05）.Conclusion：Losartan and Enalapril coalescent action can effectively control renal hypertension of patient and improve renal function. |
