蒿甲醚对实验兔弓形虫病的疗效观察

选用兔经腹腔感染ＲＨ株弓形虫速殖子，蒿甲醚（Ａｒｔ）疗效考核包括观察动物存活情况及血清中循环抗原（ＣＡｇ）的动态变化。结果显示，兔感染弓形虫后１ｄ即可测到ＣＡｇ，未治疗组兔血清ＣＡｇ于感染后４ｄ开始升高，７ｄ急剧上升达峰值，而后较快下降至低水平，到３０ｄ，只有部分兔血清ＣＡｇ开始转阴。而经Ａｒｔ治疗的动物，血清ＣＡｇ水平于感染后４ｄ即达高峰，然后很快下降，在７～２３ｄ相继全部转阴。另外，Ａｒｔ可１００％保护急性感染弓形虫兔免于死亡。表明检测ＣＡｇ有助于判断药物疗效，并提示Ａｒｔ可望成为治疗弓形虫病的有效药物

THE EFFECT OF ARTEMETHER THERAPY ON EXPERIMENTAL RABBIT TOXOPLASMOSIS

Rabbits were infected with T.gondii tachyzoites of the RH strain via abdominal cavity. The evalution on the effects of Art included survival rates of the rabbit and dynamic changes of CAg in rabbit sera. The results indicated that CAg could be detected on the first day after infection. In the group without any treatment, the CAg began to rise on day 4 and reach its peak level on day 7 after infection and then dropped rapidly. Some of the rabbits sera turned negative on day 30. But in the group with treatment, the CAg was rapidly increased and reached its peak level on day 4 and then began to drop. All of the CAg was converted negative from day 7 to day 23 post-infection. In addition, All Art administrated rabbits were protected from death. It demonstrates that the detection of CAg is helpful for evaluating the effect of treatment and Art could be effective for curing toxoplasmosis.
