| 摘 要： | 通过辑录福建各地民众流传的饮食、起居、卫生、运动锻炼及精神等方面的养生保健谚语,综合分析认为它们总结和普及了养生保健经验,呈现出地域性养生保健观念,折射了养生保健发展的历史。

| Abstract: | This paper has collected health care proverbs that spread all over Fujian Province and that are concerned about diet,daily life,hygiene,sports and spiritual health,and has concluded that most of these proverbs have summed up health care experience,displayed the regional outlook of health care,and refracted the history of health care development. |
