| 摘 要： | 目的:应用加速康复外科(FTS)和常规治疗方案的结直肠癌病人在医疗效率指标和费用方面进行对照研究.方法:选取结直肠癌病人100例,50例应用常规治疗方案作为对照组,50例应用FTS方案为FTS组,比较两组病人住院时间、费用和并发症.结果:FTS组病人住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01).FTS组病人的平均住院费用亦远低于对照组(P <0.01).两组病人并发症的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:结直肠癌病人围手术期经FTS方案治疗,术后康复加快,住院时间缩短,医疗费用下降.
