| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了在克山病病区粮中混合1000ppm锰后,大鼠肝、心肌、肾脏及毛中锰含量显著升高,肝铁下降、但对组织中的硒含量无显著影响。这表明锰干扰硒的代谢,可能与给锰途径及饲料中蛋白质含量有关。

| Abstract: | Two groups of Wistar rats were fed on grains from endemic region of Keshan disease district and an equal grains mixed with 1000ppm Mn respetively for 8 weeks. The results showed that there were no significant differences in weight gain and food availability between two group rats. Mn increased in all tissues except the blood due to treatment. Mn treatment was accompanied by decreased Fe level in the liver. Se, Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg contents in all tissues were not influenced by Mn treatment. |
