中西医结合健康教育路径在妇科腹部手术患者中的应用

目的探讨中西医结合健康教育路径在妇科腹部手术患者中的作用。方法将165例妇科住院择期行开腹手术患者随机分为观察组85例和对照组80例，对照组采用传统随机健康教育方法，观察组采用中西医结合健康教育路径，比较2种方法的临床应用效果。结果观察组的健康知识教育效果，健康行为效果和术后肠功能恢复效果均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组对健康教育的满意度亦显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合健康教育路径能提高妇科腹部手术患者的健康教育效果，提高患者生活质量。

Application about health education path by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine for patients with gynecological abdominal operation

Objective In order to know the clinical effects of application about health education path by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine for patients with gynecological abdominal operation. Methods Divided 165 patients with gynecological abdominal operation into the observation group and control group randomly. Traditional health education was used in control group, while health education path by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine was used in the observation group, and then compared the clinical effects between the two groups. Results All the indexes which can indicated the clinical effects were better in the observation group than those of in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The health education path by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine can effectively improve the effects of health education for patients with gynecological abdominal operation, and then improve their quality of life.
