| 摘 要： | 为探讨慢性肾表(CRF)惠者甲状腺功能的变化,本文对24例CRF患者血液透析前后血清甲状腺激素进行了检测,结果发现CRF急者血适前血清T_3,T_4水平均显著低于正常组(p<0.005及0.01),而血透后其血清T_3,T_4水平均比血透前升高(p<0.001)。提示CRF患者可能存在临床甲状腺功能低下,而血液透析能在一定程度上改善CRF患者的甲状腺功能。因此,甲状腺激素测定的动态观察可作为CRF患者的疗效观察及判断预后的有效检测指标。

| Abstract: | In order to study the thyroid function in the patients with CRF, serum T_3 and T_4 in 24 patients were detected. The result showed that both T_3 and T_4 were significantly lower than normal range (P<0.005, P<0.01). The levels of T_3 and T_4 increased significautly (both P<0.001)after hemodialysis. The results indicate that hypothyrodism probably occurs in CRF, which can be improved to certain extent by hemodialysis. Therefore serum T_3 and T_4 can be used as an index in evaluation of effectiveness and prognosis of CRF. |
