北京地区1814例健康体检者尿素[14C]呼气试验结果分析

目的 了解北京地区健康体检者幽门螺杆菌感染现状.方法 对在我院健康体检中心做尿素[14C]呼气试验的1814例测试结果进行统计分析.结果 受检测的1814例体检者中,未受幽门螺杆菌感染的有943例,占51.98％;检测出幽门螺杆菌感染者871例,占48.02％.结论 此次调查显示,北京地区部分健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染现状不容乐观,提早做好消化道疾病的预防.

The analysis of the status of 14C urea breath test (14C -UBT) among 1814 health examination examples in Beijing

Objective To get known about the status of heliconbacter pylori (HP) infection of healthy examinations cases in Beijing.Methods A total of 1814 examples of 14C urea breath test (14C-UBT) in our hoepital health examination centre were analyzed.Results In 1814 cases,943 cases were uninfected with a percentage of 51.98％,being infected by HP cases were 48.02％ with a percentage of 48.02％.Conclusions In Beijing,the status of the people being infected by heliconbacter pylori (HP) are not optimistic.With the increase of work pressure and the fast pace of life,we should take effective intervention approach to do a good job on early prevention to the gastrointestinal disease.
