海带泥冷敷对保护化疗静脉的临床研究

目的 探讨临床上恶性肿瘤患者化疗时静脉系统的保护方法.方法 选择完成6个疗程的住院化疗患者60例,随机分为两组.实验组30例在输入化疗药物开始时,即用冷藏后海带泥外敷前臂静脉穿刺点近心端沿血管走行的皮肤.对照组常规化疗,不实施任何护理干预.观察两组患者发生静脉炎的情况和彩超探查血管内膜损伤情况.结果 实验组患者静脉炎的发生几率及程度明显低于对照组;彩超探查血管内膜损伤发生几率及程度明显低于对照组,两组相比有显著性差异.结论 对恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗时采取同步冷藏海带泥外敷,能有效预防化疗性静脉炎的发生,减少血管内膜损伤,延长血管化疗时限,保护患者化疗静脉系统效果明显.

The clinical study of protection venous of spreading with frozed kelp in chemothera py

Objective To evaluate the methods of protection venous system of the clinical chemotherapy in patients with cancer.Methods The 60 patients who completed six courses of the chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group ( 30 cases).When infused the chemotherapy drugs,the experimental group taked frozen kelp to apply the skin along the blood vessels from one end point to other end point.Control group had conventional chemotherapy and did not have any nursing intervention.To evaluate the incidence and degree of risk of phlebitis and vascular injury with ultrasound.Results The incidence and degree of risk of phlebitis and vascular ingury were significantly lower than the control group the two groups had significant difference.Condusion To take frozen kelp to apply the skin meanwhilt the clinical chemotherapy in patients with cancer can effective prevent the occurrence of phlebitis and reduce the incidence of vascular intimal injury and external blood vessels chemotherapy time,it has significant effect of protection venous system.
