| 摘 要： | 目的 比较老年高血压病药物治疗加护理干预与单纯药物治疗的效果.方法 选择266例原发性老年高血压病患者,随机分成2组,观察组用药物治疗加护理干预,对照组进行单纯药物治疗.结果 观察组患者的血压控制情况明显好于对照组,两组相比较,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 护理干预能够邦助老年高血压病患者自觉执行遵医行为,...

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on elderly hypertension cases.Methods A total of 266 cases of olderessential hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with medicine and nursing intervention,the control group was treated only with drugs.Results The patient′s blood pressure in observation group was better than that of control group,the difference had statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The nursing intervention can be aware of execution at the medical behavior,reduce hypertension complications,improve the quality of life of the patients. |
