时间护理在高血压脑出血患者术后恢复期中的临床应用

目的 探讨时间护理在高血压脑出血患者术后恢复期中的临床应用价值.方法 将208例高血压脑出血术后恢复期患者按入院先后顺序随机分为研究组(106例)和对照组(102例).研究组根据患者血压昼夜波动节律给予调整服药时间,指导患者早期肢体功能训练等护理干预措施,而对照组按传统时间给药及常规护理,随访1年后比较两组患者的降压效果,并监测两组患者脑血管意外事件复发情况.结果 研究组患者降压显效率为50.94％,有效率为47.17％;对照组患者降压显效率为31.37％,有效率为27.45％,两组差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.01).研究组患者因脑血管意外事件复发再入院14例,占13.21％,对照组患者因脑血管意外事件复发再人院32例,占31.37％;两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 掌握人体生理病理的时间节律及药物治疗的时间节律,对高血压脑出血患者实施时间护理,能明显有效、全程平稳降压,对提高高血压脑出血患者降压效果以及减少脑血管意外事件的发生具有非常重要的现实意义.

Clinic application for time nursing in recovery course of patients suffered from cere bral hemorrhage of high blood pressure after operation

Objective To explore the clinic application value for the time nursing in recovery course of patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage of high blood pressure after operation.Methods A total of 208 cases suffered from the cerebral hemorrhage of high blood pressure after operation were separately divided into 106 cases as the research group and 102 cases as control group at random.The research group was given for the adjusted dosage time as per the wave rule of day and night for the patients in blood pressure so as to instruct the patients could be trained by early stage of the limbs function but the control group used normal medical treatment and ordinary nursing only.So two groups of the patients were observed and visited in the effect of blood pressure reduction and occurrence of accidental situation of the patients suffered from blood vessel of brain one year later.Results The patients of the research group had evident effect for the blood pressure reduction with the rate of 50.94％ and effective rate of 47.17％ ; the patients of the control group had evident effect for the blood pressure reduction with the rate of 31.37％ and effective rate of 27.45％ for the comparison of two groups; the values were 8.21 and 8.62 separately,two groups had difference with statistic meaning (P ＜0.01 averagely).The occurrence of accidental situation of the patients suffered from blood vessel of brain in research group had 14 cases for entering hospital again to occupy 13.21％ ; it had 32 cases in comparison group to occupy 13.37％ ; two groups had difference with statistic meaning (P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions To explore time rule of body physiology,pathology and medical treatment so as to perform the time nursing can be stable the blood reduction in the entire course,improve the blood pressure reduction of the patient suffered from cerebral hemorrhage of high blood pressure after operation.Therefore,it is very important realistic significant for the reduction of the occurrence of accidental situation of the patients suffered from blood vessel of brain.
