摘    要:目的 探讨健康教育临床路径在唇裂手术患者护理中的应用效果.方法 对108例唇裂手术的患者进行随机分为健康教育临床路径(CNP)组(52例)和常规护理组(56例).记录两组患者健康教育内容的掌握程度、总住院费用、住院时间及患者对护理的满意度并进行对比.结果 CNP组的唇裂手术患者与常规护理组相比,接受健康教育后对健康教育...

Abstract:Objective To assess the effect of clirucal nursing pathway in the bealth education for cleft lip repair patients Methods A total of 108 patients were divided into two group8 randomly,health education clinical pathway was employed in one 8roup,the other who was pven routine health education was served as controL Knowledge of disease,the mean time and coat in hospital and their evaluation to nursing service of the two groupe were recorded and compared Results It took less in ward time and expenditure in CNP group compared with those in the control group.At same time,mastered knowleddge and satisfactory value were significantly higher in the CNP group (P<0.05)-Conclusions CNP is helpful in controlling the in ward time and expenditure in the health education for cleft lip repair patients.It can improve relations between nurses and patients,while it is also helpful to the cultivation of the young nursea.
