| 摘 要： | 对５５个已知ＨＬＡ单倍型的细胞株进行人补体第４成分（Ｃ４）基因限制性片段长度多态性（ＲＦＬＰ）检测，在所检测的２４种ＨＬＡ单倍型中观察到７种Ｃ４基因结构形式；探讨了Ｃ４蛋白质的遗传多态性与其基因结构多态性之间的关系；阐述了Ｃ４基因结构与ＨＬＡ祖传单倍型（ＡＨ）之间严格的规律性，相同的ＨＬＡ单倍型携带着同样的Ｃ４基因结构形式，即Ｃ４基因的结构多态性具有ＨＬＡ单倍型性质，而且有的Ｃ４基因结构形式为某一种ＨＬＡ单倍型所特有，即ＨＬＡ单倍型特异性；结果支持了ＨＬＡ祖传单倍型在遗传进化的过程中是高度保守的。

| Abstract: | Fifty-five cell lines representing 24 different HLA haplotypes were typed for the restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) of the 4th component of human complement(C4).7 different forms of C4 gene organization were deduced.The interesting finding is that samples of the same HLA haplotype show identical C4 gene organization(i.e.haplotypic), and some form of the C4 gene organization is carried specifically by a certain HLA haplotype(i.e.haplospecific). The result supports the hypothesis that the same HLA haplotypes among random individuals were inherited from an ancestor,and the haplotypes were conserved en bloc during the evolution. |
