| 摘 要： | 报告1例并发癫癎的表皮痣综合征.患者女,21岁.出生后3个月颈部、躯干、四肢即出现弥漫分布的黑褐色、疣状角化性丘疹.患者3年前出现癫癎间断发作.家族中有同样疾病患者.皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化过度,基底层黑素增多.

| Abstract: | This report is about a 21-year-old girl who has an extensive epidermal nevus all over her body for 21 years. When she was 3 months old, many keratotic papules appeared on her neck, trunk and limbs, which were dirty gray or brown and horny papules, then the skin lesions spread over her whole body. The age of epilepsy onset was 18 years old. Her mother and little brother have the same skin lesions but without epilepsy. Skin histopathological structure was epidermal hyperkeratosis and hyperpigmentation in basal stratum on biopsy. |
