石家庄地区994例变应性鼻炎患者吸入性变应原检测分析

目的探讨河北石家庄地区变应性鼻炎（AR）患者的常见吸入性变应原种类,以及变应原在不同年龄患者中分布的差异性,为变应性鼻炎的防治提供可靠依据。方法对994例变应性鼻炎患者采用阿罗格（NHD）皮肤点刺试验行皮肤变应原点刺试验,结合年龄及变应原进行综合分析。结果在本地区引起变应性鼻炎的吸入性变应原中,屋尘螨和粉尘螨是最主要的变应原（43.46%、40.64%）,其次分别为杂草（17.30%）、艾蒿（16.49%）和狗上皮（13.27%）。不同年龄人群中主要变应原并不完全一致。结论尘螨为本地区最重要的变应原,变应原点刺试验有助于发现变应原,从而尽可能避免接触变应原。

Aeroallergen analysis of 994 patients with allergic rhinitis in Shijiazhuan
