| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨重度酒精中毒患者血清酶含量变化的临床意义 .[方法 ]测定 5 3例重度酒精中毒患者和 43例正常对照组的血清酶含量 ,并对其影响因素进行相关分析 .[结果 ]①重度酒精中毒患者血清酶含量升高 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 ;②重度酒精中毒后心电图异常患者的血清酶含量高于心电图正常患者 ;③重度酒精中毒后死亡者血清酶含量高于存活者 .[结论 ]对重度酒精中毒患者的血清酶进行检测有助于判定患者的心功能、病情严重程度及预后

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the clinical significance of content changes of serum enzyme in patients with serious alcoholism. METHODS The serum enzymes were detected in 53 cases of serious alcoholism and 43 cases of people and the influence factors were correlatively analyzed. RESULTS The contents of serum enzymes in serious alcoholism increase and there was a significant difference compared with the control group, one with abnormal electrocardiogram was higher than that with normal electrocardiogram, one at death was higher than that at survival. CONCLUSION To detecting the serum enzyme in patients with serious alcoholism administers to determine the patient's heart function, serious degree of disease status and the prognosis. |
