摘    要:目的:建立松针中二氢槲皮素测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定松针中二氢槲皮素的含量,采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm 5μm);以甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长320nm。结果:线性范围:0.25—1.25μg,r=0.9998。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD1.3%(n=6)。结论:方法可用于测定松针中二氢槲皮素。

Determination the Content of Dihydroquercetin in Pine Needles by HPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish a mothod for determiniation the content of dihydroquercetin in pine needles. Method: HPLC was adopted, Kromasil C18 column( 250mm × 4.6mm ,5μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water( 50:50 ) , the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 , the column temperature was 30℃ ,the detection wavelength was 320nm. Result: The linear range of dihydroquercetin was 0.25 -1.25μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ). the average recorery was 104.4%, RSD was 1.3% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method can be used for delerm;nation the content of dihy, droquercetin in pine needles.
