神经阻滞联合痛点皮内注射治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的观察神经阻滞联合痛点皮内注射对急性带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法选择56例带状疱疹神经痛患者，随机分A、B两组，A组行常规治疗，B组常规治疗加神经阻滞和痛点皮内注射。评价疼痛程度、疗效指数和记录不良反应。结果治疗后A、B两组的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前；B组治疗后VAS评分明显低于A组；B组疗效指数明显高于A组；两组均未见明显不良反应。结论急性带状疱疹采用神经阻滞和痛点皮内注射时治疗效果更加明显，安全性高。

Therapeutic effect of nerve block combined with intracutaneous injection of pain spot on herpes zoster neuralgia

Objecctive To analysis the therapeutic effect of nerve block combined with intracutaneous injection of pain spot on herpes zceter neuralgia.Methods 56 cases with herpes zoster were divided randomly into A and B group.In A group,the patients were treated with the conventional methods.In B group,the patients were treated with the conventional methods and nerve block combined with intracutaneous injection of pain spot.Results The VAS of pain in two groups were significant lower than that before the trestment and had no adverse effect. To campare with A group, The VAs of pain and therapeutic effect index obviously degraded. Coclusion The nerve block combined with intracutaneous injection of pain spot is a safe and effective method for the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.
