| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外科与正畸联合治疗儿童上颌埋伏切牙的疗效。方法 对22例患儿通过外科手术在正常萌出位置与阻生牙冠之间形成一个骨性萌出通道，再沿此通道对阻生切牙进行牵引矫正。结果 14例固位与美学效果均良好，5例美学效果良好而固位稍差，3例失败。结论 外科与正畸联合治疗儿童上颌埋伏切牙疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of surgery and orthdonty combined treatment about maxillary impacted incisor tooth in children.Tostudy the clinical influence factor of the ffectiveness. Methods Methods 22 cases of using surgery operation to set up a eruption passageway of bone between the normal eruption place and the impacted incisor curet.Then along this passageway traction orthodontic treatment to the impacted incisor. Results 14 cases are better at the esthety and retention.5 cases are better at the esthety,b ut not good at retention 3 cases are fail. Conclusion T he curative effect of surgery and orthodonty combined treatment about maxillary impacted incisor tooth in children is approve.The age of the children ,the localization of the impacted incisor,the route of the operation and the skill of traction all may affect the curative effect. |
