中药饮片配方中常见错误的分析和预防

摘    要:目的]提高中药饮片配方质量。方法]采用手工查阅结合计算机统计的方法对某医疗单位的3516张中药饮片配方进行了调查分析,对中药饮片现状进行归纳、分析。结果]发现饮片自身存在的问题外,在配方书写规范、用药名称、替换药、毒性药计量等均存在问题,形成了中药饮片配方缺陷。结论]加强饮片质量监管,制定全国中药饮片调剂质量标准是现在临床亟待解决的问题之一。

Abstract:Objective]To pay more attention to shortcomings of TCM drinking pieces and improve its formula quality.Method] Take manpower reference and computer statistics to investigate and analyse 3516 pieces of TCM drinking pieces,then sum up the status.Result] There's problem in itself,meanwhile,the formula writing is not in right standard,there're as well as problems in name,replace drugs and toxic drug quantity,which induce the shortcoming in TCM drinking pieces.Conclusion] To strengthen drinking piece quality...
