| 摘 要： | 利用维生素C与碘的氧化还原反应,以淀粉为显色剂,流动注射光度测定维生素C,灵敏、快速,线性范围0～12ppm,回收率96～110％。用于测定食品及药片中维生素C含量,结果满意。

| Abstract: | A sensitive and rapid flow injection analytical method for the determination of ascorbic acid has been developed, based on the reaction between iodine and ascorbic acid(VC) and the reaction between iodine and starch. The linear range of VC is 0-12ppm. Recoveries of 96-110% can be obtained. The method was applied to the determination of VC in medicines and foods with satisfactory results. |
