| 摘 要： | 目的分析新生儿窒息后引起消化道出血的相关因素。方法将187例生后窒息新生儿的胎龄、性别、出生体重、年龄、早产或足月产、窒息程度（轻度或重度）、是否有消化道出血等相关情况使用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果胎龄、性别、年龄、出生体重、早产与否、轻度窒息对新生儿窒息后消化道出血无影响,重度窒息与新生儿窒息后消化道出血有关（χ2=4.568,P=0.038）。结论重度窒息是新生儿窒息后消化道出血的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reason which caused the digestive tract hemorrhage after asphyxia of newborn.Methods The data of patients（187）, such as gestational age, gender, birth weight, premature or not, degree of asphyxia, age and digestive tract hemorrhage or not were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results The gesrational age, gender, age, birth weight, premature or not and light asphyxia had no relation to digestive tract hemorrhage after asphyxia of newborn, but the severe asphyxia had some relation with digestive tract hemorrhage of the newborns （22 = 4.568, P = 0.038）. Conclusion The severe asphyxia is the main reason for digestive tract hemorrhage after asphyxia of newborns. |
