大鼠脑出血模型在细胞移植治疗中枢神经损伤中的应用

摘    要:脑出血模型自建立至今已有近40年时间,模型制作方法及研究方向均有巨大的变化。目前,大鼠脑出血模型主要用于细胞移植治疗中枢神经损伤方面的研究。胶原酶与自体血注入大鼠尾状核建立的脑出血模型是常用的方法;胶原酶具有制作方法简单的特点,自体血模型的特点是其更接近临床过程。脑出血模型制作成功后可以从大鼠行为学和组织学变化两方面来评价细胞移植治疗大鼠脑出血的疗效。脑出血模型无论从疾病的发生率和严重性来讲,还是该模型的稳定性及重复性角度来讲,都是细胞移植治疗中枢神经损伤的重要动物模型。

Abstract:Cerebral hemorrhage model has been built for about 40 years,in which the method of establishing model and study direction have been changed greatly till now.we often use rat cerebral hemorrhage model to study cell transplantation in treating central nerve injury Collagenase and autoblood injecting from rat caudate nucleus are the common method to establish this kind of model,in which the method of collagenase injecting is very simple,otherwise the antoblood injecting is more similar to clinical course.After making rat cerebral hemorrhage model successfully,we can evaluate the curative effect of cell transplantation in treating central nerve injury,from the change of rat ethology and histology.From the rate of of incidence and severity of disease as well as the stability and repeatability of this kind of model,cerebral hemorrhage model is an important model in treating central nerve injury.
