参松养心胶囊治疗老年性心律失常的疗效评价

目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗心律失常的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将86例心律失常患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,服用参松养心胶囊,每次4例,每天3次;对照组40例,口服普罗帕酮,每次100mg,每次3次。两组原发病的治疗用药不变,疗程为4周,疗程结束复查24h动态心电图并检验肝功、肾功和电解质,并观察效果和不良反应。结果:治疗组动态心电图总有效率为89.1%,对照组总有效率为62.5%;症状改善总有效率为87.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%。两组差异均有显著性,治疗组明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论:参松养心胶囊对各种心律失常均有良好疗效,且副作用少,值得在临床老年患者中推广。

Evaluation on Shensongyangxin Capsule in Treating the old Patients with Arrhythmia

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on Shensongyangxin Capsule in treating the old patients with arrhythmia and evaluate the adverse reactions of the treatment. Methods 86 old patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsule 4 tablets three times a day and the patients in control group were treated with propafenone 100mg three times a day, the treatment of both groups for primary disease was changeless, and the treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups. After one treatment course, their Holter were rechecked and hepatic and renal function and electrolyte were tested, then the Holter, clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of Holter in treatment group was 89.1% and in control group was 62.5%. The effective rate of clinical characters in treatment group was 87.0% and in control group was 60.0%.There were significant difference between the two groups. The effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group. There were few adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule has good clinical curative effect on various arrhythmia of the old patients and has few adverse reaction.
