| 摘 要： | 目的 报道头孢孟多酯不良反应1例,为临床使用头孢孟多酯提供参考.方法 从1例病例的用药过程进行分析,对双硫仑样不良反应的机理、临床表现及治疗等方面进行了阐述.结果与结论 发生双硫仑样不良反应时,临床要及时、正确地处理,减少药害事件的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To report one case of adverse reaction by Cefamandole Nafate, and provide reference for clinical medication of Cefamandole Nafate. Methods In this paper, the medication process of Cefamandole Nafate was analyzed in one case of adverse reaction, and the adverse reaction mechanism, clinical manifestation and treatment were expounded. Results and Conclusion When disulfiram-like adverse reaction occurs, the clinical doctor should perform timely and correct treatment, reducing the incidence of phytotoxicity events. |
