医药生物产业专利战略研究

目的 研究当前我国医药生物产业专利现状,以期发现需要提升的方面.方法 采用文献研究法.结果与结论 该领域需要从4个方面深入实施知识产权战略：重视收集专利情报,加强分析,建立专利预警体系；加大研发力度,努力创造重量级的核心专利,提升严密的专利布局；充分挖掘已有专利技术,积极申请外围专利；避免野生种质资源流失,争夺世界级的话语权.

Research of Biomedical Industry Patent Strategy

Objective To study the status of biomedical industry patent in China to find out aspects that need to be upgraded. Methods Literature review method was used. Results and Conclusion By reviewing experience, suggestions were put forward on further implementation of intellectual property strategy in four aspects： emphasis on gathering patent information, strengthening analyses, and establishing patent early warning system; enhancement of research and development to create heavyweight core patents and promote tight patent portfolio; making full use of the existing patent technology, and actively applying for peripheral patents; avoiding loss of wild germplasm resources, and participating in world-class competition for the right to speak.
