糖尿病合并急性缺血性脑卒中的临床分析

目的：分析糖尿病合并急性缺血性脑卒中临床和影像学特点,为临床治疗提供理论依据.方法：收集我院神经内科重症监护室连续住院的136例急性缺血性脑卒中患者.检测血压、血脂、空腹血糖等指标,完善头颅CT或核磁；根据有无糖尿病分为2组,糖尿病组54例,非糖尿病组82例,观察糖尿病合并急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床特点和影像学特征.结果：糖尿病组急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清甘油三酯水平高于非糖尿病组（P＜0.05）,出院时NIHSS评分高于非糖尿病组（P＜0.05）.在卒中部位分布上,糖尿病组脑干梗塞比例高于非糖尿病组（P＜0.05）.结论：糖尿病合并急性缺血性卒中患者脑干梗塞更多见,且神经功能缺损明显加重.

Clinical characteristics of diabetic patients with acute ischemic stroke

Objective： To find out the clinical feature of diabetic patients with ischemic stroke. Methods： 136 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled in neurological intensive care unit（NICU） who were divided into diabetic group（54 cases） and non--diabetic group（82 cases） according to whether patients with diabetes, Blood pressure, blood fat, blood-fasting sugar, CT or MRI of skull,and so on were performed in which clinical features and imaging characteristic in diabetic patients with ischemic stroke were observed.Results： The level of triglycerides was higher in the diabetic greup（2.17±l.67） mmol/L than in the non-diabetic group（1.57±0.74） mmol/LThere was the higher score of nervous system defects in the diabetic group （P〈0.05）,and the propotion of brainstein infarction was higher in the diabetic group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diabetes is more likely to result in brain stem infarction,which was the aggravated nervous system defects in the patients of acute ischemic stroke with diabetes.
