注射用洛铂与氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性研究

摘    要:目的 考察在不同温度(25℃、37℃)条件下,注射用洛铂与氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性,为该药的临床合理应用提供理论依据.方法 将注射用洛铂溶解在氯化钠注射液中,放置在不同温度下,用高效液相色谱法检测不同温度下注射用洛铂与氯化钠注射液配伍24 h内的稳定性.结果 注射用洛铂与氯化钠注射液配伍后,在25℃和37℃条件下放置24 h内,含量无明显变化.结论 注射用洛铂可与氯化钠注射液配伍.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the stability of combination use of lobaplatin for injection and sodium chloride injection at different temperatures (25 ℃, 37 ℃) in order to provide theoretical basis for its clinical reasonable application. Methods Lobaplatin for injection was dissolved in sodium chloride injection, and the mixed solution was placed at different temperatures. HPLC was used to detect the changes in lobaplatin content in sodium chloride injection at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ within 24 h. Results Lobaplatin for injection in sodium chloride injection at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 24 h showed no significant changes. Conclusion Lobaplatin for injection can be used in combine with sodium chloride injection.
