地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜电切术的麻醉效果分析

目的：探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜电切术的临床麻醉效果.方法：选择我院自2012年5月-2013年5月收治的准备进行宫腔镜电切术患者150例.将所选患者随机分成A、B、C三个组.A组采用地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉；B组采用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉；C组采用丙泊酚麻醉.对比3组麻醉所需的丙泊酚量、3组麻醉的起效时间、患者意识的恢复时间.观察术中以及术后患者的不良反应发生情况,患者清醒以后,进行视觉模拟评分.结果：C组的丙泊酚用量最多,同其他两组相比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）,3组麻醉的起效时间、意识恢复的时间比较无统计学差异（P.0.05）,A组的术中以及术后不良反应同其他两组相比率较少（P＜0.05）,A组在术后视觉模拟评分中得分最低（P＜0.05）.结论：采用地佐辛联合丙泊酚进行宫腔镜电切术麻醉效果良好,节省了丙泊酚的用药量,降低不良反应发生率,术后恢复较好.

The effect analysis of dezocine combined with propofol for hysteroscopic surgery

Objective：To discuss the clinical anesthetic effect of dezocine combining with propofol used in hysteroscopic electric resection. Method： 150 patients to undergo hysteroscopic electric resection admitted from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected. Patients selected were divided into three groups - A, B and C randomly. Group A used dezocine combining with propofol for anesthesia; group B used fentanyl combining with propofol for anesthesia; group C used propofol for anesthesia. The dosage of propofol required for anesthesia, onset time of anesthesia and consciousness recovery time of patients in three groups were compared and the occurrence of untoward effect of patients during and after operation was observed. Visual analogue scale was conducted after patients regained consciousness. Result： Group C used the highest dosage of propofol,which had statistical difference （P〈0.05） compared to the other two groups; the comparison of onset time and consciousness recovery time of three groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）;the occurrence rate of untoward effect during and after operation in group A was lower compared to the other two groups （P〈0.05）; group A had the lowest score in postoperative visual analogue scale （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： using dezoeine combining with propofol in hysteroscopie electric resection has a good anesthetic effect,saves the dosage of propofol,reduces the occurrence rate of untoward effect and results in good postoperative recovery.
