从农村高血压患者服药依从性调查谈合理用药

目的 调查农村高血压患者用药依从性并进行对策分析,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 采用自制问卷的方法,对1060例农村高血压患者进行用药依从性的随访调查.结果 用药依从性良好占被调查对象的27.4％；较差占72.6％.导致用药依从性差的因素有主观因素、忘记服药、经济因素、药物不良反应等.结论 农村高血压患者用药依从性较差,应加强用药指导和健康教育,促进合理用药.

Discussion on Rational Drug Use through Survey of Drug Compliance in Hypertension Patients in Rural Areas

Objective To make a areas and conduct a countermeasure Methods A follow-up survey of medic survey of medication compliance in the hypertension patients in rural analysis, so as to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. ation compliance was conducted in 1060 rural hypertension patients using the self-made questionnaire. Results Medication compliance in 27.4% of the subjects was satisfactory, while that in the remaining 72.6% of the subjects was poor. Factors leading to poor medication compliance included subjective factors, missing doses, economic factors, adverse drug reaction, etc. Conclusion Medication compliance is relatively poor in rural hypertension patients, therefore measures should be taken to strengthen the medication guidance and health education to promote the rational drug use.
