不同三地市县年龄相关性白内障患者的对比研究

目的：探讨青海省平安县、甘肃省西和县和吉林省松原市三地年龄相关性白内障患者的差异原因.方法：不同三地市县年龄相关性白内障手术患者1128例进行对比研究,比较了白内障手术患者的年龄、性别、眼轴、角膜曲率及植入人工晶体的度数的差异.结果：白内障手术患者的平均年龄青海组和甘肃组均小于吉林组,甘肃和青海组的低龄患者数多于吉林组,可能与高原日照时间长及紫外线辐射强相关；女性白内障的患病率高于男性；三地患者在眼轴长度、人工晶体度数、眼压和角膜曲率等方面均存在差别,可能是由于种族、经济条件、生活水平、卫生条件及饮食习惯等方面的因素导致了三地患者眼球解剖结构的差异.结论：不同三地市县年龄相关性白内障手术患者在年龄、性别、眼轴、植入人工晶体度数及角膜曲率方面有着明显差异,提示在不同地区开展白内障复明手术时要有针对性的做好准备,以取得更好的复明效果.

Comparative study on patients with age-related cataract in different three areas

Objective：To explore the reason of patients with age-related cataract of Pingan County of Qinghai Province, Xihe County of Gansu Province and Songyuan City of Jilin Province. Methods：1128 cases on surgical patients with age-related cataract of three areas were studied in which degree differences among age, gender, axial length, corneal curvature and intraocular lens implantation were compared. Results：The average age of patients with cataract surgery groups in Qinghai and Gansu were less than in Jillin, the number of younger patients in Gansu and Qinghai both were more than in Jilin, which may be related to the longer plateau sunshine time and stronger ultraviolet radiation. The morbidity of cataract in female was more than in male. There were differences among ocular axial length,artificial crystal degree,intraocular pressure and corneal curvature in three areas,which dued to the factor of race,economic conditions,living standards,health conditions and dietary habits that contributed to the differences of eye anatomical structures in three areas. Conclusion：There are obvious differences of surgical patients with age-related cataract with different age,gender,axial,intraocular lens implantation and corneal curvature in three areas, which should be targeted for cataract surgery in order to obtain better vision effect in different areas.
