子宫全切术后早期活动的护理体会

子宫全切的患者术前、术后的健康宣教过程中，常指导患者尽早下床活动。但在长期的实践工作中观察到对于子宫全切的患者，早期下床活动如果次数过多、时间过长，将影响阴道残端伤口的愈合。本文对在工作中收集的资料简单谈谈几点护理体会。

Nursing experiences in the postoperative early activities of hysterectomy

Hysterectomy patients are often guided to get out of bed and do activities as soon as possible in the health education before and after operation.But in the long-term practice and observation,as for the hysterectomy patients,if they get out of bed excessively and too long in the early stage,it will prolong vaginal stump wound healing.This paper discusses some experiences in the nursing.
