| 摘 要： | 颈椎内固定术是颈椎外科的重要术式，包括前路、后路及侧方入路等多种途径。相对于后路途径来说，前路途径起步较晚，但近几十年来发展迅速，以颈椎前路钢板和融合笼为代表的新型内固定器械已在临床广泛应用。作者综述最近50年内颈椎前路内固定术，尤其是颈椎前路钢板和界面内固定技术方面的一些最新进展。

| Abstract: | Cervical internal fixation is a kind of important operation in cervical vertebrae surgery with various operational approaches, including anterior, posterior and lateral approaches. Comparing with posterior approach, anterior approach started later. However, in lately 50 years it gained greater progresses with the extensive use of many new internal fixation instruments, particularly the use of cervical spine plate and fusion cage. This review summarizes some latest progresses in this field. |
