摘    要:目的观察热矿泥浴对实验性兔膝骨关节炎的作用及机制。方法新西兰兔右膝关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶,再随机分为泥浴组(12只)和对照组(11只)。泥浴组从造模第15天开始,每天给予热矿泥浴治疗1次,连续28d。实验结束时留取血清及关节灌洗液标本以备检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA);观察软骨的大体改变,取滑膜及软骨作组织病理学观察。结果泥浴组的软骨病变程度(包括软骨面的各种损伤及软骨细胞的增生、紊乱)和滑膜炎症程度(包括滑膜衬底细胞增生、滑膜下层肉芽组织及血管侵入、炎症细胞浸润等)均有显著减轻,关节灌洗液中的SOD和血清MDA显著升高。结论热矿泥浴能抑制骨关节炎的滑膜炎症,减轻软骨破坏,其机制可能与提高关节局部的抗氧化能力有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects an d mechanism of the therapy of the thermal mineral mu d-bath(TMM)on the rabbit model of experimental knee osteoarthritis.Methods The proper was injected int o the join t space of right knee,then the animals was divided randomly into TMM group and control group.In T MM group,beginning from the 15th day after the articular injection,the r abbits was treated with TMM once every day,lasted f or 28days.There was no treatment for control grou p.At the end of experiment ,the serum and the douche fluid of the diseased joints were obtained for th e t esting of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA);the synovium an d the cartilage was obtained for the measure of histopathology.Results In TMM g roup,the severity of cartila ge damage(include various injures on the surfa ce of cartilage ,the proliferation and di sarrangement of chondrocytes)and the s everity of synovitis(include the synovium line cells proliferation,the invadin g of granulation and blood vessels in the underlayer of synovium,the infiltrati on of inflammatory cells)declined significantly.The SOD in articular douche fl uid and serum M DA increased significantly.Conclusions TMM suppress the synovi tis and carti lage destruction in os-teoarthritis,this effect is relate d to t he increasing of anti-oxidatio n in the local joints.
