东莞地区育龄妇女孕前TORCH检查分析

目的：了解东莞地区育龄妇女孕前TORCH的感染情况。方法：收集2012年9月至2012年12月参加东莞市免费孕前检查的1834例育龄妇女的血清标本，采用ELISA法对弓形虫、巨细胞病毒的lgM、lgG抗体和风疹病毒的IgG抗体进行检测。．结果：1834例受试者中未检出有弓形虫IgM感染．巨细胞lgM阳性3例。，弓形虫-lgG、风疹病毒-lgG、巨细胞病毒-lgG阳性例数分别为290例（15．8％）、l667例（90．9％）、l424倒（77．6％）；各镇区TORCH-lgG阳性率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），结论：TORCH感染与优生优育密切相关，应加强育龄妇女的宣传教育和孕前筛查。

Findings of the serologic TORCH study in pre-pregnancy women in the Dongguan region

Objective：To investigate the status of microbial infections as indicated by TORCH study in pre- pregnancy women in Dongguan region. Methods： Between September 2012 and December 2012, serum samples of 1834 productive-age women who attended charge-free pre-pregnancy healthcare in Dongguan rgion were collected and tested with ELISA for lgM and IgG antibodies to toxoplasma and cytomegalovirus, as well as IgG antibody to rubella virus. Results： Among the 1834 women, none was positive for toxoplasma IgM and 3 were positive for cytomoegalovirus IgM. The numbers of IgG-positive case for toxoplasma, rubella virus and cytomegalovirus were 290 （ 15. 8% ）, 1667 （90.0%）, and 1424 （77. 6% ）, respectively. There was no statistical difference in positive rate of lgG by TORCh study among towns in Dongguan region. Conclusion： Microbial infection as indicated by TORCH is closely related with eugenics, and therefore warrants enhanced education and use in pre-pregnancy heahhcare among reproductive-age women.
