社区痴呆患者照料者跌倒知识掌握及预防措施执行的影响因素调查

目的：探讨影响社区痴呆患者照料者跌倒知识掌握及预防措施执行的相关因素，为针对照料者展开个体化的跌倒预防的教育方案提供参考。方法2013年1-2月，采取方便抽样的方法，自行设计问卷对99名社区居家老年痴呆患者主要照料者进行跌倒相关知识掌握情况及知识来源、预防跌倒措施执行情况调查。结果99名照料者跌倒相关知识掌握得分（13．25±5．57）分，跌倒预防措施执行情况得分（41．62±15．83）分。跌倒危险因素与活动时陪护、生活辅助及防护设施呈正相关（r值分别为0．435，0．372；P＜0．05），跌倒后处置与活动时陪护、治疗和观察、生活辅助及防护设施呈正相关（r值分别为0．256，1．789，0．311；P＜0．05）。结论有必要对照料者跌倒预防能力进行细致、全面的评估，根据其护理能力和文化水平等因素来制定健康教育方案，实施专项干预。

Influencing factors of mastering of fall knowledge and performing preventive measures among community dementia patients care givers

Objective To discuss the relevant factors affecting the mastery of fall knowledge and performing preventive measures among community dementia patients care givers .Methods By convenient sampling method, 99 dementia patients care givers were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire about the fall knowledge from January to February , 2013.Results The score of fall knowledge of care givers was （13.25 ± 5.57）.The score of performing preventive measures was （41.62 ±15.83）.The risk factors of fall were positively correlated to accompanied activities , assisted living and preventive facilities （ r =0.435, 0.372, respectively;P 〈0.05）.The intervention after falling was positively correlated to accompanying activities , treatment and observation, assisted living and preventive facilities （r=0.256, 1.789, 0.311, respectively;P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions It is necessary to perform detailed and comprehensive examination on care givers ’ preventive competency in fall , and to conduct special intervention by carrying out healthcare education program according to their nursing ability and knowledge level .
