群组干预对精神障碍患者康复的效果

目的：探讨群组干预模式对住院精神障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法采用群组干预模式，对53例住院精神障碍患者进行为期4周的群组干预训练。应用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）、生活技能评定量表（SST）对患者康复效果进行评定。结果经过4周的训练，患者的社会功能、日常生活能力有明显的改善，从干预后1周起，SSPI评分逐渐下降，SST评分逐渐升高，4周后SSPI评分（8．02±3．03）分、SST 评分（69．45±15．13）分，随访半年后 SSPI 评分（8．92±2．53）分、SST 评分（67．48±14．18）分，与干预前和干预4周后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上结合群组干预模式能有效地改善住院精神障碍患者的社会功能，提高日常生活技能，促进康复，符合精神康复的目标要求。

Effect of group intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders

Objective To explore the effect of group intervention on the rehabilitation of inpatients with mental disorder .Methods Fifty-three patients with mental disorder in hospital received the training of group intervention for 4 weeks .The rehabilitation effect was assessed by the scale of social function in psychosis inpatients （SSPI） and social skills training （SST）.Results The patients’ social function and ability of daily living improved significantly through the training for 4 weeks.The score of SSPI descended gradually , and the score of SST increased gradually from one week after intervention .The scores of SSPI and SST were respectively （8.02 ±3.03）, （69.45 ±15.13） 4 weeks after intervention, and were （8.92 ±2.53）, （67.48 ±14.18） 6 months after the follow-up, and the differences were all statistically significant compared with those before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention （P〈0.01）.Conclusions The group intervention model combined with the conventional drug therapy can effectively improve the social function of inpatients with mental disorder , and improve daily living skills , and promote the rehabilitation , and is in line with the goals and requirements of psychiatric rehabilitation .
