摘    要:目的:探讨在产科开展以人为本的护理的临床效果。方法选取2012年11月—2013年11月产科就诊的产妇240名为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各120名。干预组开展以人为本的护理,对照组开展常规护理,比较两组干预效果。结果干预组和对照组产妇在第一产程时长分别为(6.1±1.2)h、(8.9±0.9)h,第二产程时长分别为(0.9±0.6)h、(1.5±0.3)h时,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为5.86,7.08;P<0.05)。干预组护理知识、母乳喂养、自我保健知识掌握率分别为98.3%,93.3%和85.8%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.669,7.467,4.471;P <0.05)。干预组护理满意度为99.2%,对照组为85.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.15,P <0.05)。结论以人为本的护理能够缩短产程,提高产妇对自身和新生儿护理等知识的掌握率和护理满意度,值得在临床推广运用。

Application of humanized nursing on obstetric patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing among maternal. Methods 240 maternal from the department of obstetric during November 2012 November 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.Data of 120 maternal undergoing humanized nursing, were compared to a control group of 120 patients who underwent routine nursing care.Results The first stages of laboring in the two groups were (6.1 ±1.2),(8.9 ±0.9).The second stage of laboring in the two groups were(0.9 ±0.6),(1.5 ±0.3), and the differences were statistically significant (t=5.86,7.08, respectively;P〈0.01).The mastering rate on nursing knowledge ,breast-feeding and self-care were 98.3%,93.3% and 85.8% in the experimental group, higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.669, 7.467, 4.471, respectively;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the control group was 99.2%, 85.8%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.15,P〈0.05) .Conclusions It is worth to apply for the humanized nursing can make the labor shorter, and improve the mastering rate on nursing knowledge and nursing satisfaction.
