短信群发平台对社区老年慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育的辅助效果

目的：探讨短信群发平台对社区老年慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育的辅助效果，为其临床应用提供可参考依据。方法随机抽取社区100例诊断为慢性心力衰竭的老年患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规健康教育，观察组在对照组基础上通过短信群发平台每周发送慢性心力衰竭相关知识。随访6个月比较两组患者满意度、依从性与慢性心力衰竭相关知识的知晓率。结果观察组患者满意34例，一般13例，不满意3例，对照组分别为24，16，10例，差异有统计学意义（Z＝3．304，P＜0．05）。观察组患者依从性评分（10．33±1．56）分，高于对照组的（7．84±1．63）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝5．953，P＜0．05）。观察组患者对慢性心力衰竭的危害、治疗目的和目标、心力衰竭基本知识、基本药物使用方法、饮食控制与运动控制相关知识的知晓情况分别为45（90．0％），42（84．0％），40（80．0％），41（82．0％），40（80．0％），42（84．0％），分别高于对照组的32（64．0％），28（56．0％），30（60．0％），32（64．0％），30（60．0％），30（60．0％），差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为9．542，9．333，4．762，4．120，4．762，7．143；P＜0．05）。结论短信群发平台可有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者的健康教育效果，在提高患者治疗依从性及心力衰竭相关知识知晓率的同时也提高了患者对医疗服务的满意度。

Effect of group messaging platform on health education for patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To study the auxiliary effect of group messaging platform on health education for patients with chronic heart failure .Methods Totals of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .Patients in the observation group were given group messaging platform for health education , and patients in the control group were given conventional health education .The patients ’ satisfaction and knowledge of chronic heart failure related were compared after 6 months.Results In the observation group, 34 patients were satisfied, 13 patients were at the general level, and 3 patients were not satisfied .Those numbers of patients in the control group were 24, 16 and 10 cases.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （Z=3.304,P〈0.05）.The score of compliance was （10.33 ±1.56） in the observation group and （7.84 ±1.63） in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （t =5.953,P〈0.05）.The knowledge of harm of chronic heart failure, treatment goals and objectives, basic knowledge, basic drug use method, diet control, motion control in the observation group were 45 （90.0%）, 42 （84.0%）, 40 （80.0%）, 41 （82.0%）, 40 （80.0%） and 42（84.0%）, respectively, which were significantly higher than 32（64.0%）, 28（56.0%）, 30（60.0%）, 32（64.0%）, 30（60.0%） and 30（60.0%） in the control group （χ2 =9.542,9.333,4.762,4.120,4.762, 7.143, respectively;P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Group messaging platform can improve the effect of health education in elderly patients with chronic heart failure , which also can improve patients ’ treatment adherence and intellectual awareness of heart failure , and promote patients ’ satisfaction.
