健脾化瘀消水汤治疗肝硬化腹水120例临床研究

目的 :探讨中药健脾化瘀消水汤治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法 :对 180例肝硬化腹水患者采取随机分组对照治疗方法 ,治疗组 (12 0例 )在西医常规对症治疗的基础上加用中药健脾化瘀消水汤 ,对照组 (6 0例 )予西医常规对症治疗。观察两组治疗后临床疗效、Child -Pugh分级治愈率、B超检查、远期疗效及毒副作用。结果 :治疗组在临床治愈率、Child -Pugh分级治愈率、B超检查结果、控制腹水远期复发等方面均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且无明显不良反应。结论 :健脾化瘀消水汤治疗肝硬化腹水效果显著 ,腹水消退彻底 ,远期疗效满意。

Clinical Study on 120 Cases of Ascites due to Cirrhosis Treated by Jianpi Huayu Xiaoshui Decoction

Objective: To probe the therapeutic effect of Chinese drug Jianpi Huayu Xiaoshui Decoction in treating ascites due to cirrhosis. Method: 180 patients with ascites due to cirrhosis were randomly into the treated group and the controlled group. The former (120 cases), based on the routine western medical treatment, were treated by chinese drug Jianpi Huayu Xiaoshui Decoction, While the latter (60 cases) were treated by routine western medicine. After the treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect, Child-Pugh gading cure rate, B ultrasonic check, therapeutic effect of long period and toxic and side effects were observered. Results: The treated group is superior to the controlled group (P<0.01) in the clinical cure rate, Child-Pugh grading cure rate, the result of B ultrasonic check, the control of recurrence of ascites in long period, and there were no adverse reaction for the treated group. Conclusion: Jianpi Huayu Xiaoshui Decoction has a remarkable therapeutic effect in treating ascites due to cirrhosis, with a complete extinction of ascites and satisfactory long-period therapeutic effect.
