气管切开在严重口腔颌面外伤抢救中的应用

目的 总结严重口腔颌面部外伤患者行气管切开的必要性,重视此类患者因窒息死亡的高危性,提高此类患者抢救的成功率.方法 回顾性分析18位严重口腔颌面外伤患者的救治资料.结果 3例病人抢救无效死亡,其余15例成功治愈出院.结论 对于严重口腔颌面部外伤的救治,保持呼吸道通畅是关键,气管切开是保证呼吸道开放的最好方法.

Tracheotomy in the Emergency Treatment of severe oral and maxillofacial Trauma applications

Objective Summary of oral and maxillofacial trauma severe tracheotomy patients the need for attention to such patients at high risk of death due to suffocation,and improve the success rate of such patients in an emergency.Methods Retrospective analysis of 18 patients with severe treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma data.Results 3 patients died,and the remaining 15 cases successfully treated and discharged.Conclusion For the serious treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma,maintain airway patency is critical,tracheotomy is the best way to ensure an open airway.
