| 摘 要： | 用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测了５７例食管癌患者放疗前及放疗后血清可溶性白细胞介素─２受体（ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ）水平。结果显示：食管癌患者放疗前血清ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ水平显著高于正常对照，且和食管病变长度密切相关。放疗后血清ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ水平较放疗前显著降低，且放疗后血清ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ水平与正常对照组比较无明显差异。放疗后血清ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ水平降低程度在完全缓解（ＣＲ）和部分缓解（ＰＲ）病人之间无明显差异。食管癌患者血清ＳＩＬ─２Ｒ水平与其肿瘤的消长密切相关，可以作为疗效和判断预后的一个监测指标。

| Abstract: | The serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) before and after radiotherapy in 57 esophageal carcinoma patients were determined. Thedata showed that serum sIL-2R levels in patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.001), and that the serum levels correlated with the length of esophagus involved. The serum levels of sIL-2R were remarkably reduced at the end of radiotherapy(p<0.001). It is suggested that monitoring serum sIL-2R levels has clinical and prognostic significance in patients with esophageal carcinoma and that prospective studies are indicated. |
