摘    要:已知初生期注射谷氨酸钠(MSG)可引起大鼠下丘脑弓状核严重损毁。本研究证实,雄性大鼠生后2及4日经腹腔注射MSG(4mg/每g体重),成年后生殖内分泌出现明显改变。体重、垂体和睾丸重下降。血清LH和FSH水平降低。血清和尿中睾丸酮及垂体cAMP趋于下降,而睾丸组织中cAMP含量未见改变。实验结果表明:下丘脑弓状核与LHRH释放有密切关系,是调控生殖内分泌功能的重要部位。

Abstract:It has been demonstrated that neonatal administration of monosodium gluta-min (MSG) results in clearly defined lesions of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus.The present study showed that reproductive endocrine functions changed significantly in adulthood when baby rats were injected with MSG (4mg/gBW, ip.)2 and 4 days after their birth. Body,pituitary and testicular weights and serum LH and FSH levels were lower in MSG treated rats than those of the control. Contents of serum and urine testosterone and pituitary cAMP tended to reduce, but testicular cAMP didn't change in MSG treated rats. These results suggest that arcuate nucleus may be dosely related to the LHRH relaasing,and plays a pivotal role in reproductive endocrine regulation.
