早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死偏瘫病人的影响

目的探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死偏瘫病人愈后的影响。方法将186例急性脑梗死偏瘫住院病例随机分为康复组和对照组。康复组94例,早期进行正规的康复训练加常规药物治疗。对照组92例,给予临床药物治疗及非正规性随意锻炼。结果早期康复治疗可使瘫痪肢体在短期内改善伤残程度。3个月判定疗效,康复组及对照组治愈率分别为24.5%和9.8%,愈显率分别为63.8%和37.0%,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。并且经Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死偏瘫病人提高治愈率、降低致残率有显著的疗效。

The Effectiveness of Early Rehabilitation Treatment on Hemiparalysis in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of early rehabilitation treatment in acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients (pts) with acute cerebral infarction with hemiparalysis were divided randomly into rehabilitation group (n=94) and control group (n=92). Early regular rehabilitation training and routine medical treatment were applied in rehabilitation group. The arbitrary exercises and routine medical treatment were applied in control group. Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index were used for evaluation. Results Early rehabilitation treatment could improve the disability extent of hemiparalysis limbs in short term without obvious side effect. Cure rates were 24.5% and 9.8%, remarkably effective rates were 63.8% and 37.0% in rehabilitation group and control group, respectively (P<0.01). There were different significantly in Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index (P<0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment could improve cure rate and lower disability rate for pts with acute cerebral infarction.
