吉非替尼联合吉西他滨加顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的护理

目的 观察吉非替尼联合GP方案（吉西他滨＋顺铂）一线治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床护理方法和特点.方法 回顾性分析43例初治ⅢB、Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者临床护理资料.结果 实验组与对照组毒副反应发生率分别为骨髓毒性（34.8%,40.0%）、恶心、呕吐（78.3%,75.0%）及腹泻（21.7%,5.0%）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.皮疹或痤疮（26.1%,0%）发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 严密的病情观察和有效的护理措施,能有效提高患者的生活质量,帮助患者尽早康复.

Nursing of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with GP combined with gefitinib proposal

Objective To evaluate characteristics of clinical nursing for advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with gefltinib combined with GP program (gemcitabine, cisplatin) as the first-line proposal. Methods To analyze the nursing data of 43 patients who were diagnosed as phase Ⅲ B, IV adenocarcinoma lung cancer in August 2008 ～ December 2009 in our department retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of bone marrow toxicity in experimental group and control group was 34. 8% and 40. 0% respectively , The rate of nausea, vomiting was 78.3% and 75.0% and diarrhea was 21.7% and 5.0% , there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). The incidence rate of Rash or acne was 26.1% and 0, the difference had statistical significance (x2 = 6.06,P =0.01). Conclusions The strict observation and effective care measures can improve the quality of life of patients and help patients to rehabilitate as soon as possible.
