针灸结合运动再学习训练对中风偏瘫患者的日常生活活动和步行能力的影响

目的探讨针灸运动再学习训练对脑梗死中风偏瘫患者的日常生活活动（ADL）能力和步行能力的临床疗效。方法将80例脑中风偏瘫患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，采用针灸加运动再学习治疗；对照组40例，采用常规康复治疗。两组患者分别在治疗前和治疗6周后采用Barthel指数量表（BI）测评ADL，Fugl—Meyer下肢运动功能评分（FMA）和步行分级（FAC）评测步行能力。结果治疗组患者的BI、FMA积分、步行分级（FAC）均明显优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论针灸结合运动再学习训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者的ADL能力、步行能力有明显改善，可显著提高脑梗死患者的临床疗效，降低致残率。

Acupuncture Combined I with Motor Relearning Training on Hemiplegic Stroke Patients in Activities of Daffy Living and Walking Ability

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with motor relearning training on activities of daily living （ADL） and walking ability in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia sides were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 40 patients using acupuncture plus motor relearning therapy; the control group of 40 patients using the conventional rehabilitation therapy. Patients in the two groups were treated before and after 6 weeks of treatment to evaluate ADL by Barthel Index （BI）, and walking ability by Fugl-Me）,er Function Assessment （FMA） and functional ambulation categorycale （FAC） . Results BI, FMA scores, and functional ambulation categorycale （FAC） of the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with motor relearning training has improved significantly the ADL capacity and walking ability in.patients with cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve the clinical effects and reduce morbidity.
