小波变换在放射治疗图像处理中的应用研究

摘    要:将基于小波变换的图像去噪声和边缘检测技术与现代放射治疗计划设计结合进行研究。选择合适的小波基对未经增强扫描的CT图像进行小波变换,比较了常规去噪声和边缘检测与基于小波变换的相应方法各自的特点。研究结果表明,与单独地应用小波变换或传统方法相比,应用小波变换结合某些传统方法去噪声的效果更好;基于小波变换的边缘检测不仅平滑掉了图像中的绝大部分噪声,而且很好地保留了靶区的边缘,有利于提高勾画肿瘤靶区的精确性。

Abstract:The paper describes the study of combination of denoising and edge detection based on wavelet transform with design of treatment planning in radiotherapy. Study of the relationship between the conventional method and the method based on wavelet transform is carried out. The outcomes show that effect by wavelet transform combined with the some conventional method is better, compared with the conventional method and wavelet transform separately. The edge detection based on wavelet transform has not only smoothed noises on the image, but reserved the edge of the target effectively, It is advantageous to the increase in accuracy of gross tumor volume outlining.
